We are hiring an Odoo Consultant for a 3-month contract role based in Karachi, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time position depending on project needs and performance. The Odoo Consultant will be responsible for implementing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions, conducting detailed business analyses, providing technical support, and delivering user training.

Key responsibilities include configuring Odoo modules, migrating data, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with clients to gather and understand their business requirements.

The role requires the consultant to travel to meet clients at least three times a week. Availability is required from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Odoo ERP implementation, configuration, and customization.
  • Experience in a techno-functional role is a strong plus.
  • Strong business analysis skills with the ability to understand and translate client requirements.
  • Proficiency in providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and training users.
  • Knowledge of database management and data migration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a consulting role is a plus.
