We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Technical Content Writer & Business Development Engineer with a background in Electrical Engineering. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in drafting proposals on Upwork, content creation for technical services, and a flair for identifying and converting business opportunities on freelance and B2B platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Write clear, engaging, and technically accurate content for proposals, blogs, and service descriptions.
  • Prepare and submit tailored proposals on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, etc.
  • Understand client requirements and align technical offerings accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to extract key deliverables and present them in business-friendly language.
  • Research new business opportunities and assist in client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Develop case studies, whitepapers, and technical documents as per need.
  • Participate in communication with international clients to clarify requirements and scope.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in technical writing, business development, or freelancing platforms like Upwork.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, or engineering services.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with freelance platforms, bidding strategies, and proposal structure.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
  • Prior client handling experience in B2B or freelance domains.
  • Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization (for content visibility).
  • Experience with CRM tools and basic lead tracking.
