Senior Content Solutions Engineer

Join our Technical Interview Content team. We create high-quality technical interview questions used to assess engineering talent globally. We develop questions across domains, and handle writing, testing, publishing, and monitoring of all Karat content.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality technical interview content across a variety of subject domains, leveraging modern technology including generative AI.
• Partner with Sales and Client teams as a subject-matter expert to present Karat's content capabilities to prospects and clients, including onsite visits within India.
• Collaborate with the Deployment team to ensure optimal interview format configurations for critical clients.
• Review and iterate Karat's interview guidelines for conduct and scoring to ensure fairness and consistency as formats adapt for AI usage.
• Work with the Interview Delivery team to revamp engineer onboarding for interviews.

The experience you will bring

Required:

• 5+ years of post-academic software engineering experience, with demonstrated ability to program in a common language.
• Experience participating in sales calls, including discussions with prospects and clients.
• Experience working with Generative AI solutions (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
• Experience working remotely with global teams.
• Fluent, concise English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate independently with high output and strict deadlines.

Preferred and/or a Plus:

• Experience conducting technical interviews.
• Project, product, or program management experience.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-changing startup environments.
• Professional experience using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or other agentic AI tools for software development.

Location and eligibility

This position is available to candidates residing in Bengaluru (Bangalore), Hyderabad, or Pune. While our team operates 100% remotely, we are currently limiting hiring to these locations. Applications from other cities in India will not be considered at this time.

This position is open to candidates authorized to work in India only. No visa sponsorship is provided.
