Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • PhD in Law from HEC-recognized University / Institution.
  • LL.M, JD in Law from HEC recognized University.
  • At least 10 years of combined experience in teaching, law practice, and research. For example, 5 years of law practice before a PhD and 5 years of teaching/research after, or a minimum of 4 years of law practice plus 6 years of teaching/research.
  • Experience in critical subject areas such as contract law, constitutional law, criminal law, criminal procedures, law of evidence, Torts, Real property, and Civil procedures is preferable.

Publications:

  • Ten research publications, with at least four published in the last five years in HEC-recognized journals.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Attach scanned copies of academic and professional documents.
  • Degree certificates must be attested/verified by HEC.

Ineligibility criteria include:

  • Weak academic profile (e.g., 3rd Division in academic career).
  • NUST employees with less than one year of service or without NOC.
  • Candidates pursuing the required degree.
  • Medically unfit candidates.
