As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you'll be the vital link between customers, distributors, and our global team—managing orders, optimizing processes in Salesforce, and ensuring flawless execution. With 0–3 years of experience and ERP/CRM familiarity, you'll grow in a multicultural workplace that values innovation, collaboration, and your professional development. This is a hybrid role with three days from Lahore office and two days from home.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer and distributor inquiries, providing timely updates on orders, pricing, products, shipping arrangements, order fulfillment, special agreements, certifications, etc.
  • Help distributors with change management and maintain regular communication on order status.
  • Manage the full Order-to-Cash process, including order entry, order changes, RMA's, order processing, fulfillment, invoicing, accounts receivable, and reporting.
  • Validate pricing, process Special Price Requests (SPRs), and issue standard/non-standard quotations.
  • Support sales by maintaining the status of opportunities, update forecast, and coordinating regular updates to customers and global partners.
  • Identify and support improvements to internal sales and operational processes.
  • Assist with special projects and additional assignments as needed to support team objectives.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Basic ERP/CRM Understanding - Up to 3 years of experience working with systems like Salesforce or other CRM/ERP platforms. Familiarity gained through academic projects, internships, or self-learning is highly valued.
  • Eagerness to Learn - You own a bachelor's or master's degree and you have a strong motivation to master sales operations processes and tools
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing, data integrity (e.g., Salesforce), and financial validations.
  • Customer-First Mindset - Passion for providing excellent service to customers and partners
  • Strong problem-solving mindset to navigate order changes, RMAs, and process improvements.
  • Communication Skills - Clear verbal and written English to collaborate with global teams

  • Exposure to any business software through coursework or projects
  • Basic understanding of sales or supply chain concepts
