Tick Industries is looking to hire a skilled & experienced candidate for the position of 'Brand and Creative Lead'.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead creative direction for visual content, including advertising campaigns, marketing materials, and multimedia projects.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies across various platforms.
  3. Manage marketing calendar to align with campaigns, product launches, and industry events.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conceptualize and execute innovative visual campaigns.
  5. Conduct market research to understand target audience preferences and industry trends.
  6. Efficiently manage multiple projects, coordinating resources and timelines.
Requirements
  1. Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  2. 2 years' experience in Creative Strategy or similar roles, with a focus on brand strategy.
  3. Previous experience in an advertising agency creative department preferred.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  5. Extensive knowledge of digital marketing techniques and branding principles.
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  7. Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
