Responsibilities:

  • Contribute a vital role in the development of creative plans for event management.
  • Prepare the artwork specifically according to client's requirements and event type.
  • Creatively develop customized themes for different events and make formal presentations to deliver them to clients.
  • Communicate, maintain, and develop client relationships.
  • Have an intimate understanding of design and event best practices/guidelines.
  • Manage a team of the creative department, including the In-House Designers.
  • Ensure all portfolios for every event are properly documented and approved by Senior Management before presenting them to clients.
  • Ensure that the Project Manager understands the requisites of the event and all items are well explained to the Operations Staff.
  • On the day of the event, visit the site to ensure the proficiency of the creatives being executed for the event.
Job Specification
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and targets.
  • A strong understanding of event management and brand development concepts.
  • Socially active with good interpersonal skills.
