Color Matching & Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a talented Color Matching & Product Development Specialist to join our team in Karachi. If you have expertise in engineering plastics and a passion for precision color formulation, we encourage you to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop engineering plastic masterbatches (PET, PA, PC, PBT, POM) for high-performance applications.
  2. Accurately match colors and optimize formulations for durability, heat stability, and mechanical properties.
  3. Conduct lab trials, quality testing, and troubleshoot production issues.
  4. Collaborate with production and sales teams to scale up solutions and meet client requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's/Master's in Polymer Science, Plastics Engineering, or Chemistry.
  2. 3+ years in masterbatch/polymer compounding, with hands-on experience in engineering plastics.
  3. Expertise in spectrophotometry, extrusion, and polymer processing.
  4. Strong analytical skills and ability to innovate under tight tolerances.
