Manufacturing and Technical Services Role

This is a key role that reports to the Head of Manufacturing and Technical Services, supporting in the development and transfer of new products. Additionally, this position will provide assistance in preparing technical documentation for manufacturing, quality control, and regulatory departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of Manufacturing and Technical Services in performing activities related to introducing new products/formulations and product re-formulation.
  • Participate in validation/verification, TMT studies examined for existing or new products manufactured at our sites and partner TPMs.
  • Work on product re-launch and line extension (Geo-extension) of commercial products and Alternate supplier qualification.
  • Resolve problems or issues to maintain a robust flow of finished products from TPM.
  • Coordinate with Regional Manufacturing and Technical Services team for product remediation and Implementation of CI projects and process improvement.
  • Execute stability lots of new projects and Monitor cGMP in Manufacturing and Technical Services area.
  • Review proposed manufacturing MO/directions due to CIP and other reasons.
  • Handle different projects related to ASQ cost and process improvement with cGMP.
  • Be responsible for EHS, GMP, and GLP maintenance in Manufacturing and Technical Services area.
  • Write and update SOPs for all mfg equipment/system used in Manufacturing and Technical Services, implement all SOPs during working.
  • Develop bill of material manufacturing direction, new material codes specification, and packaging commodities.
  • Select suitable method for conventional method to automated techniques according to the characteristics of active/excipients used in new formulation for velocity process improvement.
  • Be responsible for formulation changes, testing limits, and documentations.
  • Evaluate solvent selection, bioequivalence, and tablet color matching as and if required according to the characteristics of active/excipients used in the new formula.
Requirements:
  • Science Graduate/Master; preferably Pharm D.
  • 5-6 years' experience in the same capacity.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
