Job Description SummaryProvides client relationships through interactions with executives and leaders in the client organization within a mid-sized market or large region. Grows revenue by leveraging IQVIA's offerings and identifying new business opportunities.
Essential Functions- Assist the sales team in selling IQVIA products and services within assigned accounts or territory to achieve revenue goals.
- Participate in sales/proposal presentations with potential clients.
- Identify contract expansion opportunities within assigned accounts and escalate for qualification and pursuit.
- Interface with marketing, market research, and IT at the user level in existing and prospective clients.
- Represent the company to clients and vice versa in all sales activities. Monitor client satisfaction and provide feedback to the account team.
- Manage renewals and subscriptions effectively.
- Participate in contract renewal efforts for large multi-year contracts as needed.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in science, marketing, or a related field from an accredited university.
- At least 4+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or relationship management.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in sales, business development, and marketing.
- Ability to write impactful proposals and reports; proficient in MS Office and analytical software.
