Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, located in Karāchi. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. The individual will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the marketing team to align sales strategies. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent customer service, negotiating contracts, and participating in industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Sales Planning, and Business Development
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Sales Reporting
  • Excellent Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in Sales Negotiation and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a mandatory
