We are seeking a reliable and experienced full-time Amazon Ninja to manage our Amazon Marketplace Operations and optimize our product catalog across Faire, Shopify, and Etsy.

If you are relatively new to Amazon FBA, this is not the job for you. We require an experienced Amazon FBA Brand Manager with at least 3-5 years managing 7-figure Seller Central accounts.

You will be the 'tip of the spear' for all things Amazon Seller Central, reporting directly to the Founder.

Bonus: Experience with Shopify is a plus, but Amazon is our primary revenue platform.

Main Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • First Responder: Monitor Amazon listings for issues, manage case logs, and ensure quick resolution of problems related to listing takedowns, Account Health, ranking, and performance.
  • Launch: Collaborate with the Founder and creative team to optimize listings pre-launch and coordinate launch plans.
  • Listing Optimization: Improve listings for better CTR and CVR, synchronize product catalog across platforms, conduct AB testing, and manage storefront elements.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Use Amazon reporting tools and third-party software like Helium10 to monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a bonus.
  • Keyword & Competitor Research: Conduct research to enhance listing visibility and communicate insights to the team.
  • Technology Integration: Leverage third-party tools for analytics and data management.
  • Strategy Execution: Stay updated on Amazon trends and implement new strategies to maximize sales.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with the Founder regarding issues and priorities.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. Proven Amazon Seller Central expertise with 3+ years managing large storefronts generating $5M+ annually
  3. Growth mindset, proactive, organized, and responsible
  4. Analytical, data-driven, and proficient in research and software tools
  5. Honest, reliable, and curious about current Amazon strategies
  6. Fast internet and a professional home office setup

Salary: $9-12/hour depending on experience

Hours: Full-time, with at least 4 hours overlap during onboarding
