Key Result Areas:- Promote high standards of evidence-based learning and teaching by monitoring school progress across key performance indicators, focusing on the improvement of the school and every student, leaving no child behind.
- Recruit, develop, empower, support, encourage, and retain the best teachers in the school.
- Develop a culture of mutual and continuous learning, respect, collaboration, and coordination where all members—teachers, students, staff, and parents—are valued; every child is motivated to learn and grow; and teachers are motivated to improve their knowledge and skills.
- Recruit quality teachers by ensuring the implementation of the Teacher Selection process.
- Develop and implement a school improvement plan based on need analysis.
- Monitor classroom quality through lesson planners and observations.
- Enhance teacher quality via demo sessions and feedback.
- Monitor student performance through re-checking copies and test papers as per policy.
- Manage co-curricular activities, timetable, assembly, library, laboratories, and use of academic resources; support weak students.
- Attend training sessions and conduct on-the-job training for faculty.
- Conduct term tests and examinations transparently and on time.
- Build team spirit and motivate teachers, focusing on retention.
- Develop strong community relationships and promote awareness about education for all children, encouraging enrollment.
- Maintain required student strength through effective enrollment strategies.
- Outreach to teachers and maintain the CV bank.
- Coordinate with HR for staff hiring, retention, and performance management.
- Maintain discipline and promote positive character building among students and staff.
- Manage staff leaves and attendance to minimize classroom disruptions.
- Supervise the admin assistant in accounts and other matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date school accounts.
- Ensure proper maintenance of the building and premises.
- Manage utility services efficiently.
- Coordinate with the supervisor on board-related matters.
- Implement TCF policies and ensure school activities align accordingly.
- Timely submit reports and documents.
