Job Purpose:

The role contributes to the effective management of the supply base by maintaining information for compliance and management purposes. Responsibilities include collecting, reviewing, and maintaining compliance documentation, coordinating Quality Assurance Agreements, generating metrics and data analytics, and managing supplier notifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain supplier compliance documentation, including collecting and reviewing documents such as Compliance Questionnaires, BSE/TSE certificates, Religious certifications, and ISO certifications.
  • Ensure supplier data is current and compile metrics for performance management.
  • Develop visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI.
  • Participate in developing internal processes to ensure compliance with Haleon's QMS.
  • Support regulatory and customer inspections as needed.
  • Interface with site Quality, Procurement, and suppliers regarding compliance documents and quality agreements.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Pharmacist qualification
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Basic computer skills; proficient in Excel and familiar with systems like Veeva and Power BI
  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work systematically across multiple requests and cultural boundaries
