We're Hiring – Business development Specialist (Corporate Sales)

Position Type: Full-time
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales & Tender Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in corporate sales, tender preparation & submission, and import/export operations, along with a strong understanding of the furniture business (preferred). Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Drive corporate sales growth through business development and client relationship management.
Prepare, compile, and submit government and private sector tenders on time.
Oversee import/export documentation and compliance with trade regulations.
Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth execution of agreements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing/Business Administration (specialization in Marketing preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5 years in corporate sales, tender management, and import/export operations.
Age Limit: 35–40 years.
Preferred: Good knowledge of the furniture industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently with a results-driven approach.
