Job Title: Business Development Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Create and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize performance and achieve targets.
- Proven experience in business development or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
