Job title: Senior AI Developer & Team Lead

Location: Rehmanabad, Rawalpindi

Job Type: Full-Time, onsite

Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML Development (2+ years in a leadership role)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior AI Developer & Team Lead with expertise in AI/ML development, model optimization, and deployment to lead our AI team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, cloud-based AI solutions, and a proven track record of leading teams in AI-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the AI development team, ensuring smooth project execution.

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications.

Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.

Oversee the entire AI project lifecycle, from research to deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.

Stay up to date with the latest AI advancements and implement best practices.

Conduct code reviews, technical training, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve AI/ML-related performance and deployment issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

Strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and NLP techniques.

Experience with cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Proficiency in ML model deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and FastAPI.

Strong background in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.

Experience in leading teams, managing AI projects, and mentoring junior developers.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Generative AI and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Llama, BERT).

Strong knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD for ML pipelines, and automation.

Familiarity with big data tools like Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks.

Knowledge of computer vision, reinforcement learning, or edge AI.
