About the Opportunity:

Saylani Mass IT Training Program (SMIT), a leading name in tech education across Pakistan, is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Instructor for Generative AI & Chatbot Development to join our dynamic team in Rawalpindi.

This is a part-time, on-site teaching role where you'll have the opportunity to mentor students eager to explore cutting-edge AI technologies and build real-world chatbot solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-person lectures and practical sessions on Generative AI, LLMs, and chatbot development.
  • Guide students through hands-on projects using tools like OpenAI (ChatGPT API), LangChain, Dialogflow, or Rasa.
  • Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and encourage innovation.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI/ML and conversational agents.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience with Generative AI models and chatbot frameworks.
  • Proficiency in APIs and prompt engineering.
  • Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for education and community upliftment.
