Role Overview

We're looking for a Sales & Operations Lead to drive both business growth and backend operational excellence. This dual-role manager/Lead will oversee a remote sales team to drive B2B and B2C client acquisition, while also managing internal support operations related to therapist onboarding, performance tracking, and payouts.

This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, people management, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor the remote sales team, setting weekly/quarterly goals and reviewing individual performance
  • Develop and iterate on sales playbooks, pitch decks, scripts, and CRM workflows
  • Monitor the full sales funnel—from lead generation to conversion—ensuring accurate and timely data entry in the CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with pipeline needs
  • Prepare weekly sales dashboards, KPIs, and executive summaries
  • Jump in on key calls with large B2B/B2C prospects (e.g. HR teams, institutions, insurance providers)

Support Operations & Therapist Management

  • Oversee therapist onboarding and credentialing, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely
  • Build and maintain therapist records: active status, licensing, availability, and feedback
  • Create and own payout processes (e.g., monthly payout reconciliation, dispute resolution, onboarding new bank accounts)
  • Improve therapist experience and retention through structured communications and engagement
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment between client support, therapist scheduling, and sales/marketing

Process Optimization & Internal Systems

  • Identify and implement operational improvements across tools (e.g., CRM, payout tracking, onboarding flows)
  • Create SOPs and checklists to support therapist management, lead tracking, and client onboarding
  • Set up systems for therapist performance monitoring and therapist-client matching improvements
  • Work closely with founders to refine and execute internal projects

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, operations, or business management (startup or health/wellness sectors preferred)
  • Experience managing remote or hybrid teams, especially in sales or customer service
  • Hands-on familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar), task tracking (ClickUp, Trello, etc.), and G-Suite
  • Strong communication skills—verbal and written—with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Process-oriented mindset with a knack for building structure in chaotic startup environments
  • Deep empathy and cultural sensitivity to work in a faith-informed mental health space
  • Bonus: Experience in healthcare, wellness, or therapist/staff operations
