Senior Machine Learning Engineer

XOSOFT Technologies Private Limited, a fast-growing software services company based in Lahore, is looking to hire a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their high-performance team focused on AI-powered solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about real-time analytics, reinforcement learning, and high-frequency trading models who wants to make a direct impact on intelligent systems used in critical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and fine-tune time series forecasting models for real-time predictive analytics applications.
Implement and optimize reinforcement learning algorithms for decision-making systems, particularly in high-frequency trading.
Conduct GIS and spatial data analysis to extract actionable insights from geographic data.
Deploy scalable and efficient ML models in production environments using cloud infrastructure.
Process and analyze large-scale datasets to design robust AI-driven business solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into enterprise-level applications.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in real-time modeling and large-scale data processing.
Strong command of deep learning, reinforcement learning, and statistical modeling methodologies.
Hands-on expertise with GIS tools and spatial analysis techniques.
Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and one or more cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience in deploying ML models in production environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in high-frequency trading models.
Familiarity with big data frameworks like Spark and Hadoop.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
