We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with customers through personalised communication, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our brand. As our customer base expands, this role will evolve with new opportunities and responsibilities.

Who We're Looking For:

Graduate (Bachelor's degree or higher) – must have completed studies.

Strong English proficiency (written & spoken) – ability to communicate effectively with UK-based teams.

Excellent attention to detail – this role requires accuracy and minimal errors.

Familiarity with Slack and Notion (or willingness to learn).

Residing in Faisalabad and available for office-based work.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers using our Content Management System (CMS) by sending:

  • Personalised thank-you messages after their order.
  • Reassurances of our 24/7 support, offering assistance if needed.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with our UK-based team through Slack and Notion to ensure smooth operations.
  • Keep track of customer inquiries and provide updates or resolutions as needed.
  • Contribute to improving our customer engagement strategies as the business grows.
