Role

We are seeking an expert Test Consultant to join our team. You will collaborate with developers to resolve bugs, execute various testing levels (Smoke, Functional, Regression, User Acceptance), and ensure adherence to QA best practices.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and support business and QA aspects of software development, utilizing AI tools for requirement analysis and QA.
  2. Lead test strategy development, aligning with client objectives and incorporating AI.
  3. Research and evaluate new AI-based tools for team use.
  4. Mentor junior team members, emphasizing AI tools and best practices through training and knowledge-sharing.
  5. Develop and implement comprehensive AI-enhanced Test Plans using AI-driven insights.
  6. Communicate resource requirements for testing to supervisors.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, leveraging AI for continuous improvement.
  8. Identify risks early and suggest mitigation strategies, considering client expectations.
  9. Create and execute AI-enhanced manual and automation test scripts for accuracy and scalability.
  10. Plan and coordinate testing activities, incorporating AI.
  11. Participate in client meetings and QA reviews with AI assistance.
  12. Engage in QA activities such as training, team chats, and interviews.
Requirements
  1. Experience in manual testing, including bug logging and tracking.
  2. Preferably, experience with Microsoft D365 Customer Engagement.
  3. Experience with Azure DevOps, especially the Test Plans module.
  4. Exposure to client onboarding applications.
  5. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work closely with developers.
  6. Ability to write, revise, and own QA test plans.
  7. Assist in defining acceptance criteria and validating requirements.
  8. Work collaboratively with developers to resolve bugs.
  9. Ensure QA best practices are followed.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities and take initiative.
