We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our team.

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level position responsible for ensuring the highest quality of software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases (manual and automated).
  • Identify, record, and track bugs thoroughly using tools like Jira, or similar.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development process.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure high test coverage and maintain test data and environments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in software testing (manual and automation).
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with at least one automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
  • Strong knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, or Java.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in testing SaaS or product-based applications.
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • API testing experience using Postman or similar tools.
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
