Job Responsibilities:
  1. Provide information and guidance to prospective students regarding admission requirements, application procedures, and available academic programs.
  2. Assist students in completing admission applications, including online forms, submission of required documents, and payment of application fees.
  3. Review and evaluate application materials to ensure completeness and accuracy before submission to the admissions office.
  4. Conduct career assessments, personality tests, and interest inventories to help students explore potential career paths and areas of interest.
  5. Provide information about various career options, job market trends, and employment opportunities relevant to different academic disciplines.
  6. Participate in recruitment events, college fairs, and high school visits to promote the university's programs and attract prospective students.
  7. Develop marketing materials, presentations, and informational resources to showcase the university's academic offerings, facilities, and student support services.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
  2. Previous experience in college admissions, career counseling, or student advising preferred.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to establish support with students from diverse backgrounds.
  4. Excellent communication skills, including active listening, public speaking, and writing.
  5. Knowledge of educational pathways, academic programs, and career development resources.
