Job Description:

Gradlink Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Admissions and Compliance Officer to join our team at the DHA Phase 4 office. The ideal candidate will assist in managing student admission files, evaluating applications, and submitting them via various university portals in accordance with institutional and organisational policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process admission packs for prospective students.
  • Submit applications through online university portals.
  • Assess academic profiles and documentation for compliance.
  • Coordinate with branch offices and ensure proper communication.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submissions.
  • Maintain internal records and comply with university guidelines.
  • Create video content for social media

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree.
  • Strong command of formal and business English (writing and communication).
  • Basic understanding of university admission procedures is a plus.
  • Training will be provided; prior experience is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Recent graduates will be preferred.
