Job Purpose:

  • Mashreq Global Network (Mashreq's Distributed Workforce platform), and its operational set-ups in India, Pakistan, and Egypt ensure the sustainable delivery of an integrated, dynamic, and high-quality talent & services platform. MGN is key to our global operating model and strategy.
  • This role will manage programs and projects for the MGN management team across the three locations.
  • Responsible for working with multiple stakeholders and taking projects to successful completion using appropriate project management tools, processes, and stakeholder communication.

Key Result Areas:

  • Lead internal & external resources to develop the program, define goals, and ensure their achievement.
  • Organize programs and activities aligned with MBOs and the Book of Work for MGNs.
  • Manage ongoing programs, identify and manage changes, monitor KPIs, develop plans for excellence, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on program status.
  • Track open risks in Prism and report updates to Head MGN locations.
  • Coordinate with Central management functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Technology) and external consultants to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with front-line managers, staff, team leaders, and senior stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Management consulting experience, preferably in a global organization.
  • 10+ years of program/project management experience.
  • Experience in stakeholder relationship management.
  • Basic understanding of financial impacts on cash flow.
  • Experience managing diverse workstreams.
  • Strong business acumen with a record of results.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with executives.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong organizational, written, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
