We seek a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager - Alumni Programs to oversee the design, management, and execution of various programs for TCF alumni, focusing on higher secondary, tertiary, and non-academic pathways—aimed at fostering competence and skills for upward social mobility. This role requires a dynamic individual proficient in program design, project management, curriculum development, and team leadership. The successful candidate will be capable of matching innovative design with effective implementation and managing multiple programs at different stages of their lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  1. Program Design: Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative alumni programs aligned with organizational goals and alumni needs.
  2. Program Management: Oversee end-to-end management ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery, and successful outcomes.
  3. Curriculum Development: Develop engaging curricula tailored to diverse learning needs and personal development.
  4. Execution & Monitoring: Plan, implement, and monitor programs, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead a team of coordinators and associates, providing guidance and mentorship.
  6. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, alumni, and partner organizations.
  7. Program Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, using feedback and data for continuous improvement.
  8. Budget Management: Plan and monitor budgets to ensure effective allocation and utilization.
  9. Collaboration: Work with secondary schools and the Flagship design team to manage program design and implementation from pilot to scale.
Required Skills
  • Extensive experience and insights into education, teaching and learning, ed-tech, and e-learning methodologies.
  • Expertise in program design, design thinking, and frameworks.
  • Proven success in managing end-to-end program execution.
  • Exceptional curriculum development skills for diverse audiences.
  • Strong team leadership and motivation abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Research-driven approach, utilizing data to inform improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across geographies.
Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business, or related fields.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in roles related to program management, curriculum development, education, or alumni affairs.
