We are looking for Experienced Outbound Call Center Agents (Male/Female) for our outbound campaign (Australia). You will be on calls on a predictive dialer with Australian customers for goods or services, to make appointments, collect information, or conduct follow-up.

Main Job Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities:
  1. Contact businesses or private individuals by phone.
  2. Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product.
  3. Describe products and services.
  4. Respond to questions.
  5. Identify and overcome objections.
  6. Take the customer through the sales process.
  7. Obtain customer information.
  8. Obtain possible customer leads.
  9. Follow up on initial contacts.
  10. Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders, and accounts.
Education and Experience:
  1. Experienced in any of USA/UK/Australia campaigns.
  2. Bachelors or equivalent degree.
  3. Proficient in English speaking.
  4. Knowledge of computer applications and call center systems.
  5. Knowledge of sales principles and methods.
  6. Proven track record in sales.
  7. Required language skills.

Job Type:

Full Time, 09 AM to 5 PM (Pak Time).
