We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. Candidates who have previously worked with renowned firms such as Nayyar Ali Dada, Design East, Akhtar Rasool Architect, AEDAS, Aechi Cubes, or Hiline Architects are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.
  2. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.
  3. Develop detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  4. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.
  6. Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably with large-scale projects.
  3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
  4. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Portfolio showcasing previous work on significant projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience working with top-tier architectural firms such as Nayyar Ali Dada, Design East, Akhtar Rasool Architect, AEDAS, Aechi Cubes, or Hiline Architects.
  2. Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building certifications.
  3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
