Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect & Solution Designer for an onsite role in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise (at least 80% focus) in developing AI products leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI. Proven experience in designing and delivering compliance products for the financial or banking sector is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development of AI products with a strong emphasis on LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI technologies.
  • Architect scalable, robust AI solutions tailored for compliance and regulatory requirements in banking and finance.
  • Manage product launch, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions meet compliance standards such as AML, KYC, fraud detection, and data privacy.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Onsite role based in Lahore.
  • Proven AI Architect experience with at least three AI products developed from scratch, with 80% of technical work focused on LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI.
  • Minimum three years of hands-on experience in complex AI architectures, specifically in compliance product development for financial or banking industries.
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and ability to translate them into AI-driven solutions.

Technical Skills

  • Core AI Technologies:Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI systems, including their integration and orchestration for complex workflows.
  • Programming & Frameworks:Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
  • Cloud & Deployment:Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying AI models in production environments.
  • Data & Security:Skilled in secure data pipelines, handling sensitive financial data, and ensuring compliance with data privacy laws.
  • DevOps & MLOps:Familiarity with CI/CD, model monitoring, Kubernetes, and containerization (Docker).
  • Compliance Domain Knowledge:Deep knowledge of banking compliance areas including AML, KYC, fraud detection, and regulatory reporting.
