1. Inspect & explore existing & new products, prepare comprehensive feasibility reports for SMD and Techies both.

2. Must go through each and every feature/aspect of the products to define/differentiate value-added features, missing features, drawbacks, and quality of the product.

3. Same above applies to manufacturer-supplied software applications as well.

4. Suggest solutions based on customer requirements, as which product of some brand will fit customer requirements.

5. Preparing presentations and training material for training of engineers from internal teams.

6. Providing training to engineers of internal teams for existing and new products, with definitions of all features.

7. Circulating new features and technical update notes via email to all teams.
