Notifies all involved departments of rejects or other non-conforming results related to raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, water testing, and other areas monitored by QC testing.

Develops and updates quality policies and systems, promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.

Increases the QC team's awareness in drug manufacturing processes by establishing internal and external training programs targeting critical areas to ensure integration of quality in every production function.

Ensures tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out, and evaluated; investigates product modifications if necessary.

Identifies relevant quality-related training needs and delivers training.

Facilitates and supports quality management activities, working with the head of the Quality Unit and Operations managers to produce a quality product at the lowest possible cost.

Performs periodic employee appraisals for subordinates.

Investigates manufacturing process problems and product failures to ensure compliance with specifications and process requirements.

Assesses the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, comparing them with pharmacopoeia and in-house standards.

Reviews and approves SOPs, specification sheets, and MOAs.

Reviews and evaluates all data generated by QC laboratories, accepting or rejecting raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products based on analysis reports and COAs.

Approves installation, operation, and performance qualification protocols and reports; reviews and approves process validation protocols and reports.

Ensures integrity and traceability of all data generated.

Ensures safety instructions are fully implemented, waste treatment complies with regulations, and chemicals are properly prepared, maintained, and used.

Performs any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Specification

Candidate should be a Pharmacist, Pharm-D, or M.Sc. in Chemistry, with 4-5 years of experience in a similar capacity within a multinational company. Age: 35 to 45 years. Fully computer literate. Salary: Negotiable.
