Part-Time Industrial Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Gujrat. Your main responsibilities will include designing and planning industrial facilities such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. The role involves collaborating with clients and professionals to create functional, efficient spaces tailored to their needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of industrial design principles, excellent communication skills, and project management abilities. Salary: $1500 per month (part-time)

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Prior experience with industrial projects is preferred
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals for industrial facilities
- Create detailed designs, plans, and drawings using AutoCAD or other software
- Ensure designs comply with codes, safety regulations, and client specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, construction teams, and other professionals
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues
- Advise on materials, cost-saving measures, and sustainability practices
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements
