Part-Time Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Gujrat. Your main responsibilities will include designing and planning industrial facilities such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. Salary: $1500 per month (part-time)

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Prior experience with industrial projects is preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals for industrial facilities
  • Create detailed designs, plans, and drawings using AutoCAD or other software
  • Ensure designs comply with codes, safety regulations, and client specifications
  • Coordinate with engineers, construction teams, and other professionals
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues
  • Advise on materials, cost-saving measures, and sustainability practices
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements
