We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and compassionate Grade 2 Teacher who can inspire and lead young learners during a critical stage in their academic journey. This role requires a love for teaching, strong classroom management, and the ability to foster critical thinking, curiosity, and confidence in children.

Your Mission as a Grade 2 Teacher:

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum standards and Montessori-inspired learning

Teach core subjects including English, Math, Science, and Social Studies with creativity and clarity

Differentiate instruction to meet varying student needs and learning styles

Create a positive, respectful, and well-structured classroom environment

Assess student performance regularly and provide timely, constructive feedback

Maintain open communication with parents, school leadership, and colleagues

Organize class projects, events, and assessments to enhance learning outcomes

Use technology and hands-on materials to enrich learning experiences

Support students' social-emotional growth by modeling empathy and collaboration

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Primary Education, or a related field

Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the primary level (Grades 1–3 preferred)

Strong understanding of child development and academic benchmarks for ages 7–8

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Proficient with smartboards, online tools, and digital learning platforms

Passionate about teaching, with creativity, patience, and dedication

Collaborative mindset and a growth-oriented attitude
