Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Entry Officer located in Karachi. The Data Entry Officer will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in the company's databases and systems. Daily tasks include verifying and entering data, ensuring data integrity and security, and generating reports as needed. Attention to accuracy and detail is crucial in this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in data entry, data management, and data processing skills
  • Basic knowledge of data security and confidentiality principles
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous data entry or office administration experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are a plus
