As we scale up our operations, we're looking for a sharp and motivated Business Strategic Development Manager to lead our growth strategy, partnerships, and market expansion.

Job Overview

The Business Strategic Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, creating business models, building strategic partnerships, and driving long-term planning to expand SBK Bike Taxi across Swat and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive company growth and market penetration in Swat and surrounding regions.
  • Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the operations, marketing, and finance teams to align strategy with execution.
  • Build strategic partnerships with local businesses, government agencies, and potential investors.
  • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
  • Propose innovative solutions to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the local market dynamics in KPK, particularly Swat.
  • Experience in tech-driven services or mobility/transportation startups is a plus.
