**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Control Manager to oversee the flow of work and materials according to the production schedule. This individual will supervise, establish, and coordinate the production process to ensure on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine production requirements and estimate time and materials needed.
  • Review documents such as production schedules and work orders to determine materials requirements and priorities.
  • Lead and manage the department, projects, and resources to optimize production for on-time delivery.
  • Manage inventory control activity and annual physical inventory planning.
  • Prepare work order and purchase order exception reports and execute corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Requisition and maintain inventories of materials or supplies necessary to meet production demands.
  • Establish project schedules by coordinating departmental requirements and estimating shipping dates.
  • Confer with department supervisors or other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.
  • Monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
  • Coordinate and lead all planning and production scheduling; inventory control; warehouse operations; logistics integration.
  • Compile information to complete status reports and provide business analysis and process/system development to optimize transactions and provide required information to the operation in a timely manner.
