We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead Unity Developer to join our team and lead the development of immersive gaming solutions for various platforms. As a Lead Unity Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing high-quality games and interactive applications for our service-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging game mechanics, UI/UX, animations, and visual effects.
  • Prototype new ideas and mechanics to create compelling gameplay experiences.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and crashes to enhance game performance.
  • Optimize games for various platforms, including iOS, Android, PC, and WebGL.
  • Integrate ad monetization SDKs and analytics tools to track and enhance game performance.
  • Develop effective game economy and monetization strategies.
  • Work closely with team members, designers, and other departments throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code for scalable and maintainable projects.
  • Utilize design patterns and best practices to ensure robust game architecture.
  • Develop multiplayer game features using various networking architectures and frameworks.
  • Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests to ensure code quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum 16 years of education in BS(CS), BS(SE), or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 4+ years of practical experience as a Unity Developer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on platforms such as iOS, Android, PC, and WebGL.
  • Experience with multiplayer game development and networking architectures is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Unity, including scripting, UI/UX, animations, and particle systems.
  • Strong knowledge of C#, OOP principles, design patterns, and data structures.
  • Experience with code versioning tools like Git and automated testing platforms.
  • Familiarity with game physics and optimization techniques.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
