Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
  • Optimize PPC strategies to improve ROI and campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing, keyword research, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Ads and Analytics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall goals.
  • CRM & Marketing Automation:
  • Manage and maintain CRM platforms (Go High Level, Zoho, GHL) to ensure data integrity and audience segmentation.
  • Design and implement marketing automation workflows (email, SMS, retargeting).
  • Create and schedule personalized email campaigns.
  • Integrate CRM with forms, landing pages, and ad platforms.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and data privacy in all outreach activities.
Requirements
  • 1–2+ years of experience with Google Ads, PPC campaigns, Google Analytics and ROI optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and ROI optimization.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Understanding of A/B testing, audience segmentation, and drip campaigns.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
  • Google Ads certification preferred.

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (onsite, includes 1-hour break)
  • Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (work from home, includes a 30-minute break)
