Requirements:
  • One of the certifications is a must-have: ACCA/CA/CPA.
  • 3 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 1 year in the UAE.
  • Excellent knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable.
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of quality standards, assurance policies, and procedures.
  • Proficient in VAT and Tax Computations.
  • Proficient in English.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coach team members.
  • Motivate the team to improve performance continuously.
  • Maintain knowledge of tax, accounting, and compliance regulations to provide high-quality services to clients.
  • Set objectives, evaluate trends, choose actions, and assess outcomes.
  • Design and monitor KPIs to ensure team alignment with short- and long-term goals.
  • Achieve set KPIs.
  • Maintain quality services by enforcing standards and customer service policies.
  • Oversee client relations and operations managed by the Pakistan team.
  • Ensure a strong control environment to safeguard assets and enhance operations and profitability.
  • Ensure all client services comply with government regulations and legislation, maintaining tax compliance.
  • Prepare performance reports for management.
  • Develop and document business processes to strengthen internal controls and service delivery.
  • Implement and update standard operating procedures as needed.
  • Manage a portfolio of premium clients and serve as the main contact for clients handled by the back-office team.
  • Monitor deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to meet client requirements on time.
  • Optimize resource utilization and ensure sufficient resources are available.
  • Ensure team members are knowledgeable about relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Assess and monitor team performance, providing feedback.
  • Design processes and programs to keep the team updated on regulations for professional advice.
  • Mentor interns and new joiners in operational roles.
  • Assist in pricing strategies for custom client requirements.
  • Ensure effective team communication and quality in client-facing responsibilities.
  • Address and resolve client complaints and issues, conducting follow-ups for satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely renewals, address delays, and inform relevant teams.
