This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer at Infiniti Software in Islamabad. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for visual design, creating mockups, front-end development, user experience (UX), and user interface design. The User Interface Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research: Conduct user research, including surveys and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs and pain points.
  • Design: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications, ensuring a high level of detail and usability.
  • Interaction Design: Develop interactive elements and user flows that provide a smooth and intuitive experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
  • Testing & Iteration: Perform usability testing and analyze feedback to iterate and refine designs, ensuring optimal user experience.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to developing and maintaining design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
  • Trends & Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance design quality and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in visual design and user interface design.
  • Experience creating mockups and front-end development.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
  • Ability to create responsive designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
