As a Business Development Specialist - Real Estate, you will be responsible for selling property units, visiting clients, generating sales leads, building a pipeline, and converting prospects into sales. You will communicate effectively with customers and act as the face of the company to ensure a positive experience at Zameen.com by providing a simple and seamless process.
Responsibilities:
- Understand clients' requirements
- Ensure clients are thoroughly briefed about relevant property units
- Provide demonstrations, carry out site visits, and close deals in a timely manner
- Follow up with clients to understand evolving requirements
- Maintain good relationships with clients
