Description

Position Title: Head of Marketing & Branding

Industry: HealthcareWorking Hours: 10am to 6pm

Working Days: Mon-to-Sat (Sun Off)

Salary Range: 300k to 400k

Reporting Line: CEO

Location: Johar town Lahore

Job Summary:

One of our clients is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic "Head of Marketing & Branding" to lead their marketing department. The position requires an outstanding leader with a strategic mind and track record in designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies. You will have in-depth expertise in developing and managing ATL & BTL activities, driving the creation of a strong brand presence, and demonstrating a commitment to maximizing return on investment.As the Head of Marketing & Branding, you will have your base at our headquarters and report directly to the CEO. You will be directly managing a team & expected to show immense adaptability, analytical skills, and leadership to collaborate with various teams within our organization and drive effective marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Develop a cohesive and efective marketing strategy that addresses both domestic and international markets.
  • Manage ATL & BTL marketing activities and ensure efective communication of our brand.
  • Oversee the marketing budget and ensure all activities deliver a positive return on investment.
  • Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to steer marketing eforts.
  • Collaborate with diferent teams within the organization for implementing marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and metrics and refne strategies based on data and trends.
  • Represent Clearpath Orthodontics at conferences, event launches, interviews, and various
  • PR-related activities to strengthen brand image.
  • Ensure the consistent application of the brand across various channels.

Requirements:

  • MBA/Masters in majors Marketing from a reputable institute.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing & Branding.
  • Candidate should have experience of running international Marketing campaigns.
  • Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • In-depth expertise in ATL & BTL activities and brand development.
  • Strong analytical skills for effective decision-making.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with various teams within the organization.
  • Excellent Communication & interpersonal Skills.
