We are looking for fresh graduates as Sourcing and Research Assistant to join our team. The Sourcing and Research Assistant will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent across various channels to support our recruitment efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities will Include:

  • Conduct talent mapping and market research to support strategic hiring needs.
  • Proactively source and build pipelines of qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
  • Screen resumes and conducts initial outreach to assess candidate interest and fit.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the CRM.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hire managers to understand job requirements and sourcing strategies.
  • Assist in managing talent pools and nurturing passive candidates.
  • Support employer branding initiatives on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, social media, etc).

Who we're looking for:

  • Must have a relevant bachelor's degree in human resources, project management or a related field.
  • Experience of recruitment is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a strong interest in understanding market trends and candidate behavior.
  • Someone who is interested to have working experience within a fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup.

What's on Offer:

  • PKR. 50,000 – 60,000 (All Inclusive of Base, Housing and Transport)
