The role will also require assisting in intern recruitment and onboarding by helping build a structured training program for incoming medical interns. Once the product is internally launched, the position will evolve into a Quality Assurance (QA) role, where the candidate will validate the accuracy and completeness of medical data across the platform and provide structured feedback for improvement.

This position demands strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and excellent communication. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and committed to driving high-quality, patient-centered research outcomes.

Wishlist for a Medical Research & Operations Associate:

  • A graduate or student in MBBS, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field
  • Prior experience in research, operations, or medical data QA is a plus
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, or project management software is a bonus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
