We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Webflow & Framer CMS Developer to join our growing digital team. This is a full-time role best suited for someone who is passionate about crafting pixel-perfect websites and understands the power of structured CMS-driven design.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and maintain responsive websites in Webflow and Framer, focusing on structured, scalable, and CMS-integrated design.
• Create advanced CMS collections with conditional visibility, multi-reference fields, and dynamic filtering logic in both platforms.
• Implement custom animations and interactions using Webflow's native tools as well as Framer's code components when required.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to turn high-fidelity Figma files into live, performant websites.
• Optimize web performance, accessibility, and SEO using platform-native tools and manual interventions.
• Set up localized content structures, dynamic routing, and custom slugs for CMS collections like blogs, team profiles, or case studies.
• Ensure pixel accuracy across different breakpoints and devices through thorough testing and QA.

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of experience in Webflow development with a strong portfolio of custom-built, CMS-powered sites.
• Solid hands-on experience with Framer, including working with advanced CMS setups and component overrides.
• Deep understanding of CMS logic, dynamic content linking, content structuring for scalability, and reusability in both platforms.
• Strong design sense you know what makes a layout visually balanced, modern, and conversion-focused.
• Experience in custom code embeds, third-party integrations (e.g., Calendly, HubSpot forms, Zapier), and implementing custom scripts is a plus.
• Excellent communication and time management skills, you'll be collaborating across different time zones.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Figma-to-Webflow/Framer handoffs
• Understanding of SEO best practices and performance audits
• Experience with localization, custom slugs, and dynamic content filtering in CMS collections
