We're looking for a CMS Developer with strong hands-on experience in WordPress development, someone who understands the platform inside out, but is also confident working across other CMS platforms like Shopify, Webflow, Wix, or Squarespace when the project calls for it.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Build and customize WordPress websites using custom themes, ACF, CPTs, and Gutenberg
  • Convert Figma or design files into fully responsive, mobile-first pages
  • Optimize sites for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices
  • Troubleshoot bugs and maintain existing WordPress builds
  • Integrate third-party tools and plugins efficiently without bloating the site
  • Implement lightweight, clean solutions rather than overengineering with plugins
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Work on occasional client projects built in Shopify, Webflow, Wix, or Squarespace
  • Assist with CMS content structuring, layout adjustments, or minor customizations
  • Offer guidance on platform selection based on business needs
  • Migrate content between platforms when needed
  • Maintain brand consistency and performance across CMS platforms
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with WooCommerce
  • Familiarity with Headless WordPress (REST API, GraphQL)
  • Understanding of technical SEO, schema, and Core Web Vitals
  • Ability to collaborate in tools like ClickUp, Notion, Trello, or Slack
