Position Summary

The Senior Software Developer will play a key role as a valued member of the Scrum team for OPE products. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and analyzing existing system issues, as well as developing new user interface and service components. This role emphasizes continuous learning and professional growth, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions and adhering to best practices.

Required Skills And Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET (C#) in developing Web APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures.
• Strong experience with React.
• Strong experience with Azure.
• Strong experience with Azure Functions, Durable Functions, and integration with Azure services (e.g., Storage, Service Bus).
• Deep understanding of CQRS, clean architecture, and domain-driven design (DDD) principles.
• Good exposure working with Linq and Code First Approach.
• Strong experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL, including stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.
• 3+ years of experience with React. Designing UI utilizing React Material UI will be a plus.
• Proficient in Redux, RTK Query, and Context API for state and API management.
• Solid grasp of frontend performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing for .NET applications.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and client-server communication best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services using .NET 6+, Azure Functions, and Durable Functions, following best practices for performance and scalability.
• Implement CQRS and event-driven patterns to support a clean, decoupled backend architecture.
• Design and optimize data models and queries for Azure SQL Databases.
• Develop and maintain rich, interactive UIs using React, ensuring seamless integration with backend APIs.
• Utilize advanced state management techniques including Redux, Redux Toolkit (RTK Query), and Context API for scalable frontend architecture.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code for both client-side and server-side components.
• Lead design discussions, peer code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment and high code quality.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and advocate for best practices in development, security, and performance.
  
  

Education

B.S. or higher in CS or other appropriate field of study.
