Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Fullstack Engineer (Node.js & Python) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications and APIs, leveraging modern frontend frameworks and robust backend technologies. This role requires hands-on expertise in Node.js, Python, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and cloud platforms, as well as strong leadership skills to mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance fullstack applications.
  • Build and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Node.js and Python frameworks (e.g., Express, FastAPI, Flask, Django).
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement pixel-perfect designs and user experiences.
  • Integrate applications with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Integrate with third-party APIs, including CRM and LMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Moodle, TalentLMS, etc.).
  • Work with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) for deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow best DevOps and MLOps practices.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with unit and integration testing frameworks.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide quick resolutions.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4 - 5 years of professional experience in fullstack web development.
  • Strong expertise in Node.js (Express.js, Nest.js) and Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django).
  • Solid understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API design principles.
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Proficiency in Git, CI/CD tools, Docker, and containerized deployments.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for app deployment and scaling.
  • Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
