About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Frontend Engineer to spearhead the development of our AI Agent platform. As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable, high-performance web applications that drive business growth.

  • Lead the evolution of frontend architecture, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and long-term design consistency.
  • Evaluate and implement component-driven development practices and reusable UI structures.
  • Partner with backend and ML engineers to ensure seamless integration of frontend systems with dynamic workflows.
  • Drive engineering best practices across the frontend stack, testing, documentation, performance optimization, and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor junior frontend engineers, lead code reviews, and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape design decisions, system-level planning, and technical roadmap.
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive technical strategy, aligned with business objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of frontend development experience, including leadership roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and relevant front-end technologies.
  • Proven ability to architect and scale complex frontend systems.
  • Deep understanding of component-based development, responsive design, and performance optimization techniques.
